CNY 2016 - 初三

3rd day of Chinese New Year we are ready for work, just the 2 of us. We woke up slightly earlier to make it to McDonald's Breakfast. That's something we both would never get bored of..!

CNY 2016 - 初二 （2月9日）

Day 2 of CNY is always a nuasai day for us... the only visiting is usually 大姨house. Actually have more locations to go, but usually will push them away to have a good rest (nuasai) at home.

We will sleep till 自然醒, that kind of feeling is heavenly, cos our mornings or early afternoons are always filled with phone calls or non-stop incoming messages.... Only this day, we dun get incomings! lol

First thing to me will be munching on all the new year goodies and channel surfing till Mr Piggy awake.

Nothing to do just eat and camwhore! Actually behind us is the gambling den, but both of us are not so into it, so we just sit around till times up.

CNY 2016 - Day 1 （2月8日）

春节来临了，大街小巷都是喜气洋洋的！然我先向大家拜个年：

新年快乐！

恭喜发财！

猴年行大运！

今年是猴年，是我的本命年，可是往往本命都是不好的。怎么说呢，以生肖运程来算， 本命年中遭遇的是非会比较多，所谓 “太岁当头坐，无福恐有祸”。（是可以化解的，如想知道更多那就自个上网查一查吧！）不管怎样我今年就是要事事小心，时时注意。

大年初一，我的行程是排得满满的。

早上我们会先到我父母家拜年然后就会一起到庙里拜拜祈福。

接着就到我奶奶家用午膳。奶奶家是热闹的很，她膝下有10个子女，每逢过年大家都会聚在那儿。光说堂哥堂姐或表弟表妹就一堆了，更何况奶奶已经升级做太祖母了，想象一下那个画面，奶奶是儿孙满堂，真是幸福！

下一站是大舅母家，那里只逗留了一会儿，因为时间紧迫要赶回我婆家拜年在去我丈夫的奶奶家跟我家婆一起准备晚饭。在那里的相片就漏拍了，可能也是比较生疏也不好乱拍。OK, 那就跳过，直接来到晚间娱乐（对我而言）。一天下来最舒服的聚会，没有约束，没有严肃的礼节 ，就在一起吃吃喝喝，吵吵闹闹的气氛下结束这一天。

Targets

My life is boring...

Every year when new year approach, Facebook/Dayre/Blogs/Instagram etc, you will start seeing everybody posting their new year resolutions, goal, targets... i too had tried to set some sort of the resolutions, but never did i once really fulfilled or follow up on them... One very good example is this blog, i had mentioned many a time that i will keep up with the post, my life etc, but on hand i had back dated almost 2 years of stuffs still yet to update... FML

2016 : What are my targets?

Let me think through, no point writing plenty and yet not fulfilling them right?

Annual Xmas Gathering

Annually when it is near Christmas season, naturally i will send a count down message to Uncle Philip, then he will ask when are we meeting... lol 

And we will always ask him to decide on our dinning location, cos he is such a gourmet.  

So this year, we had Korean food. But i am not a big fan of Korean food, my critic might has little comparison or should i say little experience.

This is not nice.. i had tried nicer ones (dunno where), it did not have the spiciness and is bland towards the sweet side.

We ordered 2 types of wings, one of them is so-called more HOT, but to my disappointment, not so and the meat is dry.

Army stew is not the kind of dish i like, no comment.

Zhaiangmian do have a very rich sauce, not my kind too.

Nothing could go wrong with dessert, only a little too sweet to my preference.

I edited this using Meitu and YouCam Makeup apps. When I look at my unedited picture, I simply refuse to own it...! Haha.... and for now, i will just deceive everyone with this current look. Stay tune for the actual comparison on the next post...

Japan 11 Apr - 19 Apr - Day 1 (Part 1)

Our awaiting holiday is final here!

We were at the airport early to enjoy the facility of their lounge, cos our dear friend has free access passes! In the lounge, there are free wifi, food, wine, place to rest and shower room, meant for those doing flight transition. I went with an empty stomach to have a good supper.... Mostly are light food, but i had so many helpings till i nearly drop dead eating, all thanks to my greediness...

My OOTD for the trip, it is really humid and hot here in Singapore, so i only start changing before take off, the temperature when we touch down Japan would be about 15 degree only...! Woohoo...!

In flight meal.

Had heard a lot about JAL in-flight meals, usually they are catered from actual restaurants that are based in Japan. We had this very thick tomato soup (that i didn't take down the name) from Soup Stock, which later then i know it's a chain store in Japan. And they had spread their wings to Singapore too....

 Gear up before we head out.... cos it's only 12°C...! Shiokness...!!!!

Time for the trains. Change numerous train, coupled with many up and down the stairs before we reach our lodge. 

This is my MAN..! Helping me out with the bulky and heavy luggage while i just carry "Myself". Felt so much luv... Hugz..!

Finally reached and this pic is actually heading out again... lol  

We are heading out to have our first meal in Japan...! 

Ichiran Ramen, one of the best ramen we ever had. This has become our regular spot for supper throughout our stay, forget to mention that this store opens 24/7, and it's within walking distance from our hotel (like 15min walk).

The ordering method is also fresh to us to, perhaps we are too mountain tortoise. Haha... Cos this type of vending machine can be found everywhere at most of the eatery throughout Japan.

After the walk about, it's 4pm already, went back to have a short nap and prepare for night activities.
