Bad Experience

Been hearing alot from friends that JB is not safe, high robbery rate, thief, pick-pockets, etc...

Last night, i verified it.

It just happened right before our eyes. Unfortunately, his friend's girlfriend bag got snatched. She was in the car while the bf paid over at the counter, the robber just ran to his car and pull opened the door where the gf was. Then he just pulled the bag and hopped on to the bike and zoomed off.

In just a split second, the thief opened the car door, my Piggy saw and shout at him, the theif snatched, Piggy give chase, the theif wore his helmet and hopped off on the bike. OMG...!

Things were made worse when we made the police report. The officers there could only speak Malay, the report is in Malay too, and they need to refer you to different departments in order to just get back to Singapore.

Bad experience~

I finally watch a movie...! Yeah...!!!

Caught 12 莲花 the other day.

But to me, it is just an average show. Not as expected compared to 881.

Expecting more musical, but to my disappointment. Not much on the storyline too.

Today is the 23rd of the month, but the total sales till so far isn't impressive... Hmmm..... either due to Lunar 7th mth issues (less ppl coming out of home or spent on offerings & payment of the bids for auspicious items) or school examinations. Anyway, both of us were craving for jap food on one of the boring afternoon, and zoom we go.... We head for IMM....! Keke... we give ourselves an hour off...!

On a Saturday night, Piggy's Sec School mates held a gathering at a wulu Beer Garden located in Yishun. Quite cosy i should say.

This is the tent we were in... Cosy right....

There are a few of these tents, they can served food and drinks in there too. They have a holding area where you can watch soccer matches, organise parties and bbq. Heard that in the day time, they have mini hydro farm that are open to public. Hmm... would i have the chance to visit them in the day time.....?

A Hateful Event

Piggy was suggesting that we should visit the Teochew restaurant in Bukit Batok (the one u saw on tv advertisement among every night, that one that open 24hrs). We were there one late late evening....

In actual fact, we thought it is those Teochew Porridge kind that you will see around in those coffee shops. But we were WRONG...!!!

We weren't very interested in the food menu in the first place, followed by the MIC waitress, it made the ordering worst...! She kept using her high pitch tone in forcing us to take her recommendation which is always very expensive..!!!

In any case, she delivered the wrong orders and wanted us to pay. My Piggy got so angry and reluctant to talk anymore, he paid and very xiao sa de (潇洒的)walk away.

Anyway, bad experience.... That place is condemned...!

Me now full-time working for my Piggy. Basically, we see, talk, joke with each other everyday. Each individual day is new to me, cos i won't be able to anticipate what would happen for the day, what customers i would see, what kind of sale approaches to apply, what new sale tactics Piggy will teach me and what kind of conflicts could be created throughout the day.

But all these sale thingy making both of us a little shack out by the end of the day. Thus most of the time we are either in shop nia... Our outdoor activities have reduced to almost zero. Hence, nothing much to update....

Late night super~ KING OF FRUITS => Mr Durian

This store is located somewhere in Serrangon. Parking is alot easier compared to the Geylang ones and they serve as good quality and not forgetting their services----GOOD..! They will give each a pack of mineral water, tissue paper for cleaning hands and their will just pop by and ask if the durians are to our liking, if not they will choose something different for us. Thumb up!

When we got closer....

We were there super late, or should i say at their closing time. But they don't mind taking our orders. By then they have limited stuffs on the menu, we had fried rice and Fu Rong Egg, that's all. I saw Satay, Tom Yum Soup, fried chicken, etc... but no chance...

The food is.... errr..... below average. Fried rice is slightly oily, the egg is puffy but a little tasteless, not fulfilling i should say as for my dinner.

Concluing : The ambient is nice to sit around, have some finger food and chit chat, and to add on, they serve Hala food, therefore it's an ideal place to hold class gathering or such. But remember to go down at the correct timing wor...!

Been super busy in the shop.... Nowadays Sony PS3 are selling like hot cakes, due to the multi features (play games, blue-ray disc player, mini CPU, online features, etc) a PS3 console can offer, more people are getting one. But i think the most important fact is that we are only retailing it at $550 with 1 year local warranty (when Sony selling it for $599)...!!!! Such a good fetch, who can resist the temptation...?!?!?!?!


Beside that, my Piggy is working on a Special PSP for this National Day.... Heehee.. let's sneak a preview at his project so far... (i had more pic with me, but the network here stopping me from uploading :( )
