Busy Week

Been busy for the past 2 weeks...

Had been tied down by company function, friend's wedding, assignments and work. Here i am... taking a short break for some replenishment....

Went visiting to the JB suppliers and to catch the recommended "Bakut Teh"....


The soup base is bagus...! RICH in smell & taste, but the rest of the food can only receive a rating of 60/100 marks ba... so so only...

My operation gang, out to roar in food again...! Heehee... this time is Uncle Philip's treat. We had our dinner at Chili Paddi... this was a recommendation from one of our japaness colleague, she said that the food here is nice and not spicy (cos uncle philip cannot take spicy food) and because it is CHEAP.

However, after we tried, i found that maybe is because the food varities wasn't huge, only a few types to choose from and i personnal dun like coconut stuffs, so didn't qutie enjoy...

But... this gathering wasn't only about the food, it is about the bond within our section and the laughing that i am talking about... See for yourself and u will know...

Erik's Wedding

Attended Erik's weeding on 26.11.2006...! Erik is our poly classmate cum buddy, never imagine that he is the 1st among us...!!!!

Like what one of my friend left on his blog... It is true that if you have found someone right, cherish it and make him/her the love of your life... No point wasting time and keeping searching for the best.... What more important is to build a better future than keep comparing to the past...!

Sanko 20th Anniversary

Last Friday was my company 20th Anniversary Celebration @ Goodwood Park Hotel.

And that was also my virgin MC experience...! Being a MC wasn't any fun... i was nervous through out the whole event... and due to the presence of our company's Chairman, nothing must go wrong....!

Our Chairman dun visit our Singapore that often, he is 80++ yrs old man and it a rare occasion that he is having dinner with us...

Casino Royale

Went for "Casino Royale" last Friday, as many were dicussing this new James Bond wasn't as charming as Pierce Brosnan, which i feel the same too.



I am not used to having Daniel Craig as the replacement 007, however his performance in Casino Royale wasn't that bad. His cool didn't actually attract me, but when he smile or laugh, it makes the whole him look more relax and suitable...


But nevertheless, it is still worth while the $9.50

Busy Weekend

Last weekend was packed with activities...! Had some fun, relaxing moments and panda eyes, but it is worth it...! Coa my PiGGy was with me... Heehee....

But.. but...but... end up, i have not enough time to complete my assignment liao.....!!!!!!!!!!!

Total there are 4 assignments, the most tendious one has to be submitted on 11 Dec, 2 more on 22 Dec and last one on 11 Jan. Oh no...!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been donkey years that i had last touched on reports or researchs or case studies...!!!!!!!!!!! OMG...!!!!!!!

I gotta stop all my fun and start to concentrate on my assignments from this week onwards, else i will be dead...!

From Saturday onwards, i had started to feast on good food...!

After a late buffet lunch at Shumei's place, my PiGGy brought me to South for a steamboat bbq dinner. Then when i got there, his friends came up to me and started giving birthday wishes... Hmm... i was rather surprised. I didn't know that he had actually arranged with his friends to meet for this dinner and informed them is for my birthday celebration...!

After dinner was the normal roundings, we went Kent Ridge Park to sit around and then.... came my 2nd surprise...! My Birthday cake...!

My makan session didn't just stopped here...

The following day, my PiGGy Dear and me went to the coffee shop near his house for a sumptuous Craby Supper...! To ease my seafood craving... heehee...

Then the next morning, i meet my colleauges for a blunch session...! We went 红星 @ somewhere Chinatown. Heard from my colleauges that they served nice 点心, so we went to try it out. Didn't really have a chance to take many pictures cos there is no time to stop eating, once stop, food gone...

This is the only picture on food that i managed to capture and of cos not forgeting about myself... keke.. The food there is really nice, the siew mai is tender and the filling is not too dry, the da bao is really big and stuff with full load of fillings. You may like to try it out yourself, but please do not visit on wkn, cos the waitresses are easily stressed and with more crowds... u can imagine....


And the day end with a relaxing dinner at Swensen and a coffee session at Mount Faber....

2 years back, i remembered that i had to attend wedding dinners every alternate 2 months. Now, i start receiving 红鸡蛋 invitation....!

WORLD TRADE CENTER
Actually my PiGGy Dear is the one who is more interested in this movie than i am... One of the reasons is because of Nicolas Cage, the other is because its a realitic show and a true event... He is not that type who prefer fairy tales, magics and romantic shows...

For my case, the casts and the storyline are enough to capture my attention. Hmm...would arrange to watch it since so 难得 can find a show that my Piggy is interested...!! heehee...

















THE DEPART
This isn't a show that would interest me. Generally this show is base on Hong Kong 无间道 storyline to direct... I got turn off when i came to know about it...

In any case, if anybody happened to watch, let me know if the story is good...

Been busy for the whole week... With work & studies and all other stuffs...

Due to 1 of our department colleauge is on urgent leave and we are left to figure out ourselve how to go about standing in for him... Ya, we could call him anytime, but if you are the one on urgent leave, you would not wish to be interputed that often, isn't it...

Last Sunday, my little brother just returned from Indonesia. He was there for some of his Church activties... but that wasn't the main point. The important part is that he brought back this very delicious looking donuts...!!!!!!

My PiGGy and i finally had a relax outing... After so many weeks of up and down, tight schedule and family issues, at last time for a break...

We went Clark Quay to have slips of coffee, chat and enjoy the night sencenry...
