On a bright Saturday morning, Aimei, Shuhui and myself set off to Admiralty to meet Weiyi and her kids for McDonald's breakfast. It was meant to be a post birthday celebration for Shuhui, almost delayed for a month... :S

Another late nite dinner at Lavender @ 11.00pm...!!!!!!

Had pig organ soup from this stall for many years liao.... Still enjoy theirs after so many years.

How should i describe their taste... In the past, the soup had a very strong taste of the white pepper, it's spice with the pepper taste and nothing else. But they improvised over time, the soup base is clear and there is a slight sweetness in the soup. The meat patty is an invention of the recent years. I like those without the salty fish kind, there are few types to choose from:

1. Meat patty with salty fish

2. Meat patty with water chestnut bits

3. Normal meat patty

Great dinner followed by Rocher Bean Curb

Should have ordered the hot soya milk, it tastes superb with the "you tiou"

The bean curb texture is extreme smooth! It just glides in your mouth and dissolve...! Not joking..! Yummicious....!

Piggy Dear and me travelled to Geylang to make delivery via MRT on an occasion when his car broke down. Rare wor..!

After he was done with his delivery, i wanted to have the Beef Hor Fun, and i urged him to walk there... & he agreed! Can you imagine...!?!? I was thrilled...! I had long wanting to do so... catch some night life of Geylang, look at the people there, enjoy the colour lights of the street and noisy traffic.

But its a hell long walk.... we were at Lorong 40+ nia... the Beef Hor Fun is at Lor 9...!!!!! Our poor feet....

The Beef Hor Fun is such great delicacy when u guzzled with Ice Cold Tiger Beer...! keke...

Said is last day... suppose to hang around, take photo, relax and bid farewell... but NO...! I was super busy even on my last day. It was month end, i was helping out with the stock report and some settlement of the deliveries....

Influence by the strong advertisement on tv, i headed to McDonald's one morning for McGriddles. BUT.... i totally regretted it...!!!!!


You know... I am those whom dun even like Hot Cake...

On my 1st bite, i almost puked... i basically dun like the sweet taste of the pancake combination with the salty sausage (Yukkie.....), the pancake taste very floury, just not my cup of tea. Sorrie~

The so call "bread" area is actually replaced by pancakes, and there are maple syrup injected inside the griddle folds (only at some portion).




In US, there are 3 types of McGriddles, choices of
1. Sausage
2. Sausage, egg & cheese
3. Bacon, egg & cheese (not available here)

Arrr...Grrr.... (pulling my HAIR) I am having problems with Blogspot again..!

On a very late night, both of us wanted good nice fulfilling food...

Despite being super duper hungry, i still put up a cheerful happy face in front of the cam. At first we head towards IMM hoping to catch some last order of Jap food, but was late... Looking desparately for other alternatives...

Finally, we decided on Boon Tong Kee...! Yes Boon Tong Kee again... its a monthly issue...
