How much is enough?

(Just a little tip to share....)
I am having cracked lips and peeling but oily skin... so i did a little research and the first thing to do is to drink plenty of water.
But how many of you really know how much water to drink a day is enough for our body...?
Everyone knows that minimum 8 glasses a day... but how much is 8 glasses????

Just read an artical earlier on, it is recommended to drink 1 ml of water for every calorie you eat (research by the U.S. National Research Council). And on an average, a person eat about 2,000 calories a day, in general each day water intake should be about 2 litres. Last but not least avoid drinking at least 2 hrs before bedtime. Some said it would cause puffy eyes the next morning, some saidyou would have unrefreshing sleep due to the need to urinate in the night (whichever the reason is, i will buy it).

Conclusion:

8 glasses = 2 litres

I will have to make myself drink at least 2 litres of water and must be done 2 hours before end of my day...!!!!
